Joycelyn Melvin is the CEO of The Daisy Award Residential Care, Inc., and the administrator of Daisy Award Residential Care. She has over 30 years of experience providing care, driven by her passion and dedication to helping others. She has decided to open a residential care facility with the vision of enhancing the quality of life of the aging population.
The facility got its license to operate in 2022, and since then, Daisy Award Residential Care has provided a homely place for seniors to grow old.
